Support .md file in LLMFileAnalysisOperator

Why

LLMFileAnalysisOperator do not support .md file and return LLMFileAnalysisUnsupportedFormatError.

What

• add md in SUPPORTED_FILE_FORMATS
• update LLMFileAnalysisOperator docs

Test

Use the testing dag with self host LLM.
