Backport of #70148 to v3-3-test for the Airflow 3.3.2 patch release. Fixes an in-place mutation of the caller's LazyDeserializedDAG and a schema-validation gap for deadline-alert UUID references in the serialized Dag.

Conflict resolution in the sync_dags_to_db test helper: kept v3-3-test's write_dag(...) call (v3-3-test's helper has no bundle_version param — that came from an unrelated main PR) and applied #70148's actual change (read the serialized DAG back from the DB). test_serialized_dag.py passes (78 tests).
