v3-3-testfor the Airflow 3.3.2 patch release (restores dag run / task instance counts under 50,000; closes the regression in #70856).Conflict resolution:
task_instances.pyimport: kept thecommon.db.commonimport withbounded_total_entries(which Restore count to Dag Run and Task Instance lists #71252 defines itself) and dropped theeager_load_teamsline — that's main's multi-team import, not on v3-3-test and unused by this PR.Backfills.test.tsxdoesn't exist on v3-3-test (added by a non-backported PR) — dropped.ruff clean; count route tests pass.
