Conf is what makes one run of a Dag different from another, and it was reachable only by opening the Details tab and scrolling past bookkeeping. The header now carries a collapsed preview that links through, and Details leads with it, expanded.

Dag Run Conf is a very important field. It shouldn't be hidden at the bottom of the details tab. Now we show a badge preview in the header. Clicking "+ more" will bring you to the details tab. In the details tab the conf is now the first field shown instead of the last.
