Remove the info icon and its "About this comparison" tooltip from the Dag version comparison on the Versions tab.
The tooltip's wording ("Compares currently stored state, not creation-time evidence...") was hard to follow and added little to the page. It's unlikely a first time user would even find it. This removes:
VersionDiff.tsx(and the unusedLuInfoimport); the "Values hidden" pill for users without Dag code access is unchangedversions.aboutThisComparisonandversions.observedStateBoundarykeys from every locale'sdag.jsonBefore:
