CasbinRule change just __tablename__

Can we introduce some kind of configuration about tablename?

Mostly it's just about this and we can avoid to pass a class, if someone just needs to change that.

In my opinion, it would be better to be able to set the table name as a parameter when generating the Adapter class, so I'll try implementing it that way 👀
