Summary

Versions 2.1, 2.0, and 1.2 are already archived as PDFs, but their sources still appear beside maintained documentation. Move their English and Chinese sources, sidebars, and translation metadata into archived_docs/, preserving the original relative directory structure. All 5,882 moved files are unchanged.

Update source discovery so historical redirects and local PDF exports continue to work. Remove archived-version imports from the legacy build script, exclude frozen snapshots from the changed-file link checker, and limit the global link checker to active versions. Document the archive boundary in the contributor instructions.

Change the archive page's PDF download prefix to https://apache-doris-releases.oss-accelerate.aliyuncs.com/archived-docs/.

• Loaded the Docusaurus configuration and checked shell/Python syntax and diff whitespace.

A full site build was not run locally. Active documentation versions and public documentation routes are unchanged.
