Cloudflare 会拦 Python urllib 默认 UA，join 变成 1010。不要把这种 403 当成 token 错。

_api() 带上 User-Agent: apemind-computer/0.1.7。测试钉了请求头。最小修复，403 不当 token 错。可合 main，再打 v0.1.7。

Python urllib 默认 UA 会被 Cloudflare 打成 1010。控制面请求改成 apemind-computer/0.1.7。不要把这种 403 当成 token 错。
