✅ LGTM — cycle 1925
自查：README.md/README.en.md 双语同步 SmartScreen 放行说明（表格区三步放行法 + FAQ 条目），内容与 rant 19:23 验收项一一对应（保留/更多信息→仍要运行/解除锁定，语气友好不恐慌）。pytest 473 passed。纯文档改动。

✅ LGTM — cycle 1940
独立复核：README.md/README.en.md SmartScreen 说明双语一致，三步放行法（保留/更多信息→仍要运行/解除锁定）准确可操作，语气友好（注明未签名通用提醒 + 开源可审计），与 macOS 签名说明衔接自然。纯文档改动。LGTM。

背景
v0.2.7 起 macOS 已签名公证（README 已有说明），但 Windows exe 无 Authenticode 签名（EV/OV 证书付费暂不采购），用户首次下载/运行会遇到 SmartScreen 提示（rant 2026-08-06T19:23:19）。宿主确认：不做签名、不做 zip 绿色版、不引导 winget，只改 README 告知放行方法。
