Changes

• README.md: now English — migrated from README.en.md and updated to v0.2.8 (all 15 slash commands work in the GUI, self-healing evolution workspace, internationalization; test counts 480/58)
• README.cn.md: new — Chinese version (previous README.md content + v0.2.8 updates)
• README.en.md: removed (replaced by README.md)
• Language switch links cross-referenced: README.md "🇨🇳 中文" ↔ README.cn.md "🇬🇧 English"
• pyproject.toml: package include README.en.md → README.cn.md
• Agent.md: README language notes updated (English default)

Verification

• pytest: 480 passed
• No remaining README.en.md references in code/docs (grep clean; only session logs reference it historically)
