emrg: README restructure — core differentiator front, compress parity features

Summary

Implements rant 09:25:57 (README continue optimization): make EMRG's core differentiator (rant-driven self-evolution) impossible to miss, and stop over-describing features every competitor also has.

Changes (README.md + README.cn.md synced)

1. One-line pitch added right after the intro: "the only coding agent that improves itself from your feedback."
2. Feature table reordered — 🔄 Gets better on its own (self-evolution) is now row emrg: improve tool error handling (glob + edit) #1; GUI moved to emrg: add uninstall support and Windows/WSL install guidance #2 with description compressed to current-state only (no version-history stacking); reads/writes/memory kept.
3. Parity features compressed: TUI + daemon + parallel tools + vim-friendly merged into a single row ("Full-featured TUI + daemon") — was 4 separate rows.
4. Rant-Driven Evolution chapter moved from after Commands to right after the feature table (before Quick Start); "Robust evolution environment" technical detail (gh auth auto-recovery / REST API / self-heal) compressed to one line.
5. Kept the "Real example" (most persuasive), MANIFESTO pointer, and the vs-competition table.

Acceptance criteria check

• Feature table row emrg: improve tool error handling (glob + edit) #1 = rant-driven evolution/self-evolution
• Parity features ≤1 row (TUI/daemon/parallel/vim merged)
• GUI description ≤3 lines, no version history
• Evolution chapter keeps "Real example"; gh-auth/self-heal detail compressed
• README.cn.md synced; README.md Chinese lines: only intentional (line 16 language switcher, line 71 proper noun 卸载 EMRG.app)
• Reading test: 10-second answer = "it improves itself from your rants"

Verification

• pytest: 499 passed; GUI: 88/88 (node --test); import + emrg --help OK
• Note: line 25 MANIFESTO quote Chinese remnant is fixed by emrg: README MANIFESTO intro anglicized (remove Chinese remnant) #533 (separate PR, avoid overlap)
