Summary

Doc-only follow-up to #760 (merged 6584cba): add the open-source task rant-driven development feature entry to the implemented-features quick reference in evolution_prompt.md, so future cycles recognize the capability as handled and avoid duplicate work.

Verification

• jinja2 renders evolution_prompt.md + open_source_prompt.md cleanly
• uv run pytest tests/ → 801 passed (no test changes)

I tested this PR end-to-end on branch feature/quickref-760 (e413aa1) and here are my findings:

• Single line in evolution_prompt.md §2.1 quick-ref, chronologically placed after the v0.2.31 entry.
• Content fact-checked vs the merged #760 code (which I reviewed in an earlier cycle): §0.5 Rant scan (project==config.project + pending/in_progress filter, git log dedup with 'touched ≠ completed' caveat), rant-priority State Assessment decision, §B.1b Rant-driven mode (in_progress marking, one-acceptance-item-per-PR, completed = all PRs merged + self-verification, host-feedback → revert to in_progress), status table / language policy / Reflection Q3 PR↔rant linkage, +1 render test 800→801, merge 6584cba — all accurate.
• Rant timestamp 2026-08-13T18:35:09 (+08:00) predates PR creation 10:38:17Z — consistent.
• No Jinja delimiters; render tests pass (70/70 scheduler + 3/3 doc-count locally); CI test+test-windows green; MERGEABLE.
