Migrates the CLI implementation to use `github.com/arran4/go-subcommand`. - Moved CLI logic to `cli.go` with subcommand annotations. - Generated `cmd/mdsplit` structure using `gosubc`. - Maintained existing flag interface and functionality. - Added `go:generate` directive in `main.go`.

This change refactors the CLI to use
github.com/arran4/go-subcommandas requested. It introducescli.gowhere theRunfunction is defined with appropriate comments for flag generation. Thecmd/mdsplitdirectory now contains the generated code. The original functionality and CLI interface are preserved. Duplicate flags caused bygosubcparsing descriptions were fixed by simplifying the comments.PR created automatically by Jules for task 5785130943652494620 started by @arran4
