The three ashkan18#115 lines appear twice in the unreleased section -- once in PR order and again after ashkan18#113/ashkan18#112. Cosmetic, but they would otherwise become the permanent public record of the next release.

Cuts 0.9.0 — features from #115/#116 plus #117/#118. Minor rather than patch: new DSL surface (directives, inline fragments, custom scalars, to_query_string), public API unchanged.
Also removes a duplicated set of #115 changelog entries that were listed twice on master.
