Product engineer building LumX — a one-person studio that turns ideas into services people actually use. I own the whole path: problem definition, product design, implementation, AI, cloud deployment, and running the thing afterward.

Not mockups — live or publicly operating services, built and run solo end to end.
| Product | What it is | Status | Stack |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clad | AI-assisted personal color analysis — a photo becomes a palette, reasoning, and beauty recommendations | 🟢 Live | AI vision workflow, Flutter, Python, Terraform |
| somesignal | AI compatibility service combining personality inputs with cultural context | 🟢 Live | GPT, Python, SQLite, Tailwind |
| DUGOUT 9 | KBO fan companion — live game data, team history, quizzes, puzzles | 🟡 Public demo | Next.js, TypeScript, Cloudflare Workers |
Build logs, product decisions, and lessons behind each one: lumx.im/writing
- Product judgment and code, in one hand. I scope the problem and ship the implementation myself, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
- Full stack, because the product needs it to be. Frontend (React, TypeScript, Next.js), backend and data, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, Cloudflare Workers), and applied AI/LLM integration.
- Launch is the start, not the finish. Deployment, observability, and the first feedback-driven improvement loop are part of the job.
- Public by default. Real decisions and trade-offs from building LumX's products are written down as the work happens, not after.
- VibeCheck — a pixel animal that runs across your screen while Claude Code / Gemini CLI / Codex CLI is working, and stops when it's done.
If you have a web, mobile, or AI service you want to build, LumX selectively takes on outside ideas from definition through launch: lumx.im/services
