Description
Close child
Closes the epic. It carries the epic's close lines, from the parent's ## Contract.
Tasks
- Every child merged to the epic branch, with review and evidence lines in place.

mainmerged into the epic branch by a sync PR (sync/596-main) whose body saysCloses #<this issue>. - Verification task on the epic head: the repo suite, then
stack-up, the repo's--stackrun,stack-down. Post theVerified:line. - Close each other child with a comment naming its PR.

merge-checkpasses on the epic-to-main PR; merge it; confirmmainis green; close the parent; delete the epic branch. - Run the joint close task in the owning parent.

From #597: the
outside-adoptjourney FAILs on a default stack, where Claude Code runs on the broker's local model. Relay answersmodel_unknown(barelyworkingcode/relay#562).
