Bring the Morning brief back to Today with a journey that proves a readable brief #621

User story

As the owner, I want a readable morning brief on Today, so that I start the day knowing what matters.

Acceptance criteria

• A devboxverify journey proves the part works on the owner's setup before it is registered again.
• A journey shows the brief on Today with its sections on the owner's setup, not the unreadable line.
• Re-registering the part in public/home-screen.js is the one code change that shows it on Today.

What I'd notice

The Morning brief returns to Today.

Context

#615 removed the part from Today until it is proven. Order to re-add: Needs you, Running, Agents, Morning brief. Its feature map rows say "Not shown on Today" and name this issue.

Tasks

• Journey first, red on main.
• Re-register the part; un-skip its hermetic specs (they carry the reason eve#615).
