I noticed a bunch of issues (#45 , #32 , #33 , and #41) regarding different levels of difficulty installing the software. Since I was recently able to get v1.0 installed and working, I updated the installation instructions in this commit. I included the wheels that I needed to use, requirements files, and step by step instructions for the installation.
