Blue-Button doesn't parse through all of the Telecom use cases

Blue-Button currently doesn't have the functionality of parsing through multiple telecom use cases.

ie. Home, Work, Mobile, Email

Is there an expected update for this feature?

I've updated the repository description to reflect that the project isn't really under active development anymore. I'm happy to review pull requests if you end up working on issue. I've also linked to a fork which I haven't check out in a long time, but seems to be under more active development (https://github.com/amida-tech/blue-button) and so may be worth trying out

Thanks @sankarravi, I've been meaning to do that. I feel the same way, happy to look at PRs, but generally pointing people to other projects/efforts.

@jonathanparrish Yea, a bit of everything. The Blue Button initiative has had broad support across federal gov (mostly HHS, VA), non-profits (like the California Health Care Foundation, and private industry (like Amida). OSS FTW!
