docs(listing): polish marketplace README and changelog for the fork

Docs-only change; no code or behavior changes. The remaining docs.zoocode.dev links are intentional upstream references. (Earlier commits on this branch adding missing welcome.json telemetry translations and updating the branding test were dropped during rebase because main now carries equivalent fixes via #3.)
