DigitalOcean + Discourse #125

We're currently paying DigitalOcean which is supposedly host Discourse. We don't need either of these services as far as I know so let's work to shut these down and save some money.

Things we need to do/figure out:

Do we have a Bridge Foundry-owned account to DigitalOcean? If so, who has access to this.
Where is Discourse being used?
Cancel/deactivate services.

see who has been using it

decide if we should keep it

if keeping: turn on https, communicate its existence more widely?
