Improve handling of renamed packages #537
Description
As a result of #517, renamed packages (those that the user installed, and then the maintainer renamed while they were installed) are now skipped.
In the future, the handling of renames packages should be improved to include:
- Showing the original name for a package, and binding it to its new name
- Supporting renamed packages in Mass app adoption
