What this PR does / why we need it:
Removes the two v0-era caller workflows (
pr_validation_caller.yml,spectral-oas-caller.yml), both pinned tocamaraproject/tooling@v0. CAMARA Validation (camara-validation.yml,v1-rc) covers validation for this repository. The callers were disabled in May (#28), re-enabled on 2026-06-29 and disabled again on 2026-10-10; the legacy MegaLinter run is what fails on #63 (max-scenarios-per-file, an error in v0 and a warning in CAMARA Validation).Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
