Unable to Scan with Nessus #13

Im trying to run CIS compliant scans on a debian system after using this script. The scans worked prior to running it and I re-enabled password authentication so the key wouldnt be required. Nessus can log in but it doesnt return any errors nor does it attempt to check credentials
