Running fix_permissions.sh breaks debian 13 system #22

Open

Description

@Shadowblitz16

It seems like running fix_permissions.sh removes sudo from my user and makes my os unbootable.

It also makes most of my programs not work.

I am using it on a new debian 13 install with kde desktop

    I'll have to look into Debian 13 again, I changed some thing in fix_permissions before going away, it's likely no longer needed for now I'll write a warning , thanks
