Add drop rm to remove installed apps - #117

The inventory could be created, read and updated but not deleted from. drop rm uninstalls apps installed with drop: it deletes the binary or removes the package through the package manager (with sudo when needed) and drops the app from the inventory once that succeeded. Apps are named as drop list shows them, or by repository to remove every app installed from it; a name shared across repositories must be qualified. The command lists what will be removed and asks for confirmation unless --yes is given. The removal step the installer used to clean up after a reinstall is reused, and its events now say whether they concern a previous installation so the progress output reads right in both cases.
