Change: a single-line bump of the Keycloak image in tests/e2e/docker-compose.external-idp.yml. The image stays pinned by digest, which is good practice. It is a test-only fixture, so there is no runtime or production impact.

Notes

• Code quality / security: No concerns. The digest pin is kept and nothing else changed. I did not check the digest against the registry.
• Risk: This is a minor bump (26.7 → 26.8) of an image used in start-dev mode for the external-IdP e2e tests. Minor Keycloak releases sometimes change defaults, such as token or realm-import behavior and deprecated options. I did not read the 26.8 release notes. The only real check is the e2e run, so confirm the external-IdP e2e job in e2e.yml passes before merging. CLAUDE.md notes that ci.yml's summary gate doesn't include e2e, so check that workflow's status yourself.
• Test coverage / API surface: No API surface changes, so the Pact/E2E mandate doesn't apply. No version-gating or BREAKING CHANGE footer is needed.
