Removes the normal manual history boundary and keeps automatic earlier-history paging responsive during sustained upward scrolling while preserving the reader's exact keyed viewport position across asynchronous prepends. Scroll intent and restore ownership are now explicit across wheel, touch, keyboard, and custom-scrollbar input so real navigation cancels correctly without adding content-based message deduplication.
