Archiving a chat previously delayed navigation and left the row visibly unarchived while the request completed, allowing late work to override a manual chat switch. This change navigates away immediately, optimistically moves affected rows to the top of the archived group, reconciles server truth in the background with failure-safe rollback, preserves later user navigation, and guards overlapping single and bulk archive actions.
