Move sidebar search into a full-screen application dialog outside the mobile drawer so scrolling, controls, focus, and dismissal work independently without exposing New Chat; extract the reusable search panel for scheduled-chat selection, use icon-only touch controls with accessible 44px targets, preserve drawer-close lifecycle resets, and add component plus real-Chromium regression coverage for mobile geometry, nested dialogs, touch scrolling, and close behavior.
