   You're totally wrong, builder property is not for customize dialog, according to README.md: builder is used to build a custom widget for default flat button instead of popup dialog.

   @MrRoy121 and this is widget's code inside the package:

   if (widget.builder != null) {
     internalWidget = InkWell(
       onTap: pickerStyle == PickerStyle.dialog
           ? showCountryCodePickerDialog
           : showCountryCodePickerBottomSheet,
       child: widget.builder!(selectedItem),
     );
   }
   

   We need to be able to customize showCountryCodePickerDialog or showCountryCodePickerBottomSheet
