I will be adding MDE Monitoring App to my Scoop bucket ( https://github.com/o-l-a-v/scoop-bucket ). In the future if this project meets Scoop official Extras bucket criterias ( https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Scoop/wiki/Criteria-for-including-apps-in-the-main-bucket ) it can be added there. Scoop manifests has a field for license.
