AgensGraph 0.7 live hydrate/flush claim has zero runtime callers #187
The 0.7 row claims live AgensGraph hydrate/flush (liveCabinetClaimed=true). DurableBuffer.hydrateFlushCallers is tests. No MCP tool, CLI command, Commit path, or TTL path calls hydrate_from_durable / flush_to_durable (hydrate_into_session / flush_from_session on the sync owner). serve, IPC, and MCP bind DurableSyncOwner at startup and do not invoke it.
That claim sits inside the 1.0 claim band (1.0 is the claim of 0.5–0.8). Before claiming 1.0, either wire a named Agens runtime caller and keep a live meter that the caller set matches the model, or narrow the 0.7 row to "adapter + operator round trip".
Neo4j has the same keep-or-retire gate. It keeps only if a named runtime caller lands with a live meter. Otherwise it retires: model part to archive, drop the extra and the tests, in one code cut.
PR #186 records hydrateFlushCallers="tests" and does not retire or archive either cabinet.
