[Feature]: Enhance VCollapseLinks to stay open when an item is already visited #220

Describe the feature
Will try my best to explain with a happy path:
- Navigate to Dashboard -> Personal -> Personal V1
- Click on Elements -> Icons -> Iconify
When the Iconify Icons page renders, the VCollapseLinks component on the sidebar navigation is not open and instead it is collapsed.
Would be nice to have this component be aware of that.
