Resolves #407 by New Media Gallery passed via vote by the CubeCommons Community of Gov4git. This update restricts how CubeCommons can use content on the platform for promotional purposes. Currently permissions will be requested and granted via email. However, when the upload page is updated, a checkbox will be added to grant specific marketing permissions for a piece of content. Otherwise, the updated Terms of Service will apply to any content without permissions indicated.
This update will be applied retroactively to all content on CubeCommons.
