DashVM's specification currently lives in the Platform plan and its implementation issues. This adds twelve linked, unnumbered DIP drafts covering protocol/wire integration, Wasm/ABI and named modules, activation, storage/capabilities, guards, atomic and ordered-parallel execution, fees/receipts, scheduling, governance/wipe custody, proofs/clients, the Rust author SDK, and external ACL/randomness integration.
The PR includes a shared allocation appendix and entries in the repository index. Descriptive aliases are used pending editor-assigned DIP numbers. Confirmed design decisions are preserved; proposed engineering details, final authorship, the exact production engine profile, wire identifiers, measured limits/prices, and the separate native ACL/randomness mechanisms remain explicitly open.
Implementation tracking remains in dashpay/platform#4626 and the workstream register, covering 160 tasks across 25 issues. This specification submission does not close implementation tasks.
