Feature Summary

Code Quality checks should be enforced using:

• streetsidesoftware/cspell-action@v8
• DavidAnson/markdownlint-cli2-action@v22
• ibiqlik/action-yamllint@v3

Problem Statement

Adding code-quality checks improves consistency across the repository.

Proposed Solution

Modify the build_on_push.yaml to add a Code Quality job which:

1. Checks spelling using streetsidesoftware/cspell-action@v8
2. Checks all markdown files using DavidAnson/markdownlint-cli2-action@v22
3. Checks all yaml files using ibiqlik/action-yamllint@v3
