Update version of 'projection' extension

Hi,
the STAC-extension 'projection' did receive a major version update and is now on v2.0.0.
With this update the 'proj:epsg' was deprecated and is now replaced by 'proj:code'.
Rio-stac is still using the v1.1.0. Is it planned to update the version?
