V has recently been gaining lots of popularity. It currently has about 25k stars on GitHub. For perspective golang has 80k stars.

I was thinking of taking this one on. I will add the official V logo as a separate Devicon entry, update devicon.json, and run the repository icon checks before opening a PR against develop. Let me know what you think.
