Bug description
Currently, peek-bot will fail because of upload-artifact not working as expected. The most recent update seems to break it (see this).
Possible fixes or solutions
I'll be updating the peek-bot code to handle the no connection issue. By the end of that upgrade, if upload-artifact still doesn't have a fix, I'll change the workflow to use the previous working version.

Until this issue is fixed, please avoid running peek-bot since it'll just clutter the PR.
