V2 - Main epic - Improvements

List of changes we want to do that would require a new major version of Designsystemet according to semver.

Search for @deprecated comments in code. Remove when applicable.

v2

Our theme/man focus for v2 should be getting things out of experimental and make its easier to configure Designsystemet. We should limit the amount of breaking changes a major version has so suggest we limit to the current feature set.

• Adjust theme mapping V2 - Color changes #4932 (breaking change)
• Move config file, Avatar Stack, FileUpload, Suggestion out of experimental
• Fix known confusion in Themebuilder for overrides Themebuilder improvements #3390
• New Figma plugin (if we feel its ready) POC - Designsystemet Figma plugin #5048
• Consider border-subtle being more neutral (part of Review components that use fixed colors that do not change when data-color is used #4506)
• Details: Remove Details.Content and style .ds-details::details-content instead
• Do not auto-load @digdir/designsystemet-web in React; make this something the consumer adds themselves with use client, see https://design.mattilsynet.no/?path=/docs/designsystem-introduksjon--docs#for-utviklere › step 2 › react
• Table should set border on only child elements, not itself, so sticky headers + data-border works, and so that it is possible to use CSS prop to enable border, not requiring data-border, also removing the need for --_dsc-table-border-radius--inner
