Allow configuration of `designsystemet build` output directory in the config file

Description

I like to have config in config files, rather than in npm scripts, so it would be very nice I could configure the output directory of designsystemet build in the config file as well. Would also be nice if the clean option could be configured for both create and build.

For example:

Thanks for the feature request, this is actually something we have been working on since before the summer break :) We have a concept ready, but its currently disabled pending further testing.
