Missing variables after color-categories migration for files that use the library

This bug was reported in a DM on Slack.

There was an issue with updating files that user Figma library after color categories migration where it did not find the updated variables, I think?

Steps followed

• Opprettet en branch av hovedfila
• Oppdaterte til ny fargestruktur med "Update library" i pluginen
• Merget branch til main
• Kjørte "Designsystemet - Code syntax & scoping" og oppdaterte
• Publiserte biblioteket
• Gikk inn i testprosjekt-fila, oppdaterte assets/biblioteket, åpnet pluginen og kjørte "Update files" (som jeg regner med er det samme som "update sketches" siden det er kun dette og "update library" som er valgene jeg får opp)

Tested the color migration with the Kartverket Figma library.

Steps I did:

1. Added the Kartverket file to our internal Figma and published the library.
2. Created a new test file and added all components with color variants to the file and created a version history of this state.
3. Created a new version in history and ran the color migration in the library and published.
4. Went into the test-file and updated new instances with plugin.
