Play with Docker depreceated but Tutorial still asks user to use it

Play with Docker seems to be depreceated and unavailable from March 1, 2026, but the Docker Getting-Started tutorial still asks the user to open it in the Sharing our App tutorial.

Also the "docker scan getting-started" is used in the "Image Building Best Practices" tutorial which also doesn't work.
