Update Node.js to 26.11.1
Description
Updates the Azure Pipelines Node.js pin and cache keys from 24.14.1 to 26.11.1. The Windows native crash from build 1627109 occurred on the existing 24.14.1 pin.
We tested this update in #69713 and the crash did not reproduce in 15 consecutive
aspnetcore-ciruns.Relates to #67402.
