dotnet-core-uninstall: Manage user context too? %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\dotnet #338

Open

Description

@o-l-a-v

Problem

The dotnet-install script defaults to installing to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\dotnet.

dotnet-core-uninstall does not seem to have the concept of dotnet runtimes and SDKs installed in user context.
