Summary

Bumps dotnet/cpython to upstream python/cpython tag v3.13.3 at 6280bb547840b609feedb78887c6491af75548e8.

Branch contents

https://github.com/pavelsavara/cpython/commits/bump-python-3.13.3/

Merge strategy

The previous dotnet/main was based on CPython 3.11. This PR replaces it entirely with 3.13.3.
A policy merge (git merge -s ours) was used to establish dotnet/main as an ancestor so GitHub can merge cleanly. The tree content is 100% from the 3.13.3 branch (plus Arcade scaffolding restored from latest dotnet/main).

Validation

  • linux-x64 build from source + pack succeeded (0 errors)
  • Package: runtime.linux-x64.Microsoft.NETCore.Runtime.Wasm.Python.Transport.11.0.0-alpha.1.26253.2.nupkg (30M)

Note

Emsdk does NOT consume a Linux Python transport package (uses system python3). Python transport packages are only for macOS and Windows.

The use of PySys_GetObject() and _PySys_GetAttr(), which return a borrowed

return a strong reference and distinguish a missing attribute from an error:
_PySys_GetOptionalAttr(), _PySys_GetOptionalAttrString(),
_PySys_GetRequiredAttr(), and _PySys_GetRequiredAttrString().

pythongh-115684: Clarify datetime `replace` documentation (pythonGH-116519)

* Clarify datetime `replace` documentation

In pythonGH-115684, HopedForLuck noted that `datetime.date.replace()`
documentation was confusing because it looked like it would be changing
immutable objects.

This documentation change specifies that the `replace()` methods in
`datetime` return new objects. This uses similar wording to the
documentation for `datetime.combine()`, which specifies that a new
datetime is returned. This is also similar to wording for
`string.replace()`, except `string.replace()` emphasizes that a "copy"
is returned.

Resolves pythonGH-115684.
