Environment - next steps disabled for local environments #2631

System Information (please complete the following information):

• Model Builder Version (available in Manage Extensions dialog):
• Visual Studio Version: VS 2022

Describe the bug

When choosing one of the local environments for object detection, I can't move to the next steps because the button is disabled.

To Reproduce

1. Choose object detection scenario
2. Choose Local (CPU) or Local (GPU) environment

Expected behavior

Once one of the local environments is selected, I should be able to continue to the Data page.
