    Resolved. cDAC dump tests now run heap minidumps on linux-arm64 (and linux-x64, linux-arm) in runtime-diagnostics and the contract descriptor is reachable. Most likely fixed by #127321 (Change heap dumps to use HEAP2 as the default). Closing.
