[ci-scan] Test failure: GC/API/GC/GetGeneration/GetGeneration.dll fails under interpreter (post-fix recurrence) #131914

Description

@github-actions

Build Information

Build: https://dev.azure.com/dnceng-public/public/_build/results?buildId=1540937
Build error leg or test failing: coreclr Pri1 Runtime Tests Run (interpreter) - GC/API/GC/GetGeneration/GetGeneration.dll

Error Details

The GetGeneration GC API test fails under the CoreCLR interpreter (runtime-interpreter pipeline) across all test legs. GC.GetGeneration returns the wrong generation number, so the test's ObjectTest and arrayTest cases fail an equality assertion (Expected 100, Actual 1).

Note: test-disable PR #131816 (Disable GetGeneration test under interpreter (InterpreterIncompatible), merged 2026-08-05T06:23Z) is already present in this build's source commit, and its [ci-scan] predecessor #131743 was already closed (2026-08-03). The failure still reproduces after that fix merged in build 1540937 (finished 2026-08-05T15:38Z) and again in the follow-up build 1541602, so the disable did not take effect for these interpreter legs — this is a genuine post-fix recurrence.

Filed by ci-failure-scan (detection only). ci-failure-fix walks open [ci-scan] KBEs and either opens a small fix PR or comments here to loop in owners — it never disables the test.
